The project will be realised from October 2008 to October 2010
November 2008:
Kick-Off- Meeting in Patras, Greece
- Project management
- Preparation of a Survey on the application of computer aided learning environments in the participating countries
- First work on the development of teacher training course modules which will be
- Development of Common Criteria for Choice of and Practice with Computer Aided Learning Environments
- Development of an Overview on Ways and Methods of Implementation of ICT in Science Classes
- Development of Action Research Methods to Evaluate the Effective Use of ICT in Science Classes
January 2009:
Start of the survey (application of questionnaire for teachers, data gathering)
Implementation and Maintenance of a Communication Platform and Installation of a Project Website
March/May 2009:
First results of the data analyses are discussed within the project
Meeting of the INRP and the Heidelberg team in Heidelberg to facilitate first intercultural data analyses
Best practice examples of CAT learning environments are translated into English language
The work on WP1-8 proceeds
June 2009:
Project Meeting in Plovdiv, Bulgaria
- Discussion of the results of the survey within the project and with teachers of each of the participating countries
- Discussion of the course module contents with teachers of each of the participating countries
- Presentation of Best Practice CAT-Examples from each country along the criteria and teaching methods developed and proposed
- Start of production of course materials and design of a European Teacher Training Course
August/September 2009:
Presentation of CAT at the ESERA conference in Istanbul
Presentation and publication of the Survey results
Intermediate project report
Presentation of intermediate results at national conferences
Course materials are tested within the partner countries
December 2009:
Project meeting in Lyon, France
- The developed course modules and their testing within the different countries are discussed within the project
- The Production, Evaluation and Dissemination of Course Materials will be organised and started
- The follow up will be discussed
March/April 2010:
Presentation and discussion of the project and its results at national and international conferences.
May 2010:
The course materials are produced. The distribution and application starts.
August 2010:
Preparation of the final report
September 2010:
Project Meeting in Helsinki, Finland
- Presentation and discussion of final report
- Project Evaluation
